    When Bisol, the founding family of Prosecco first decided to make a Prosecco Rose, we were the first in the U.S. to get our hands on it. For a while, it was our little secret–  an intricate blend of Pinot Nero and Glera Tonda from the Veneto region in Northern Italy.

    Now, fresh off a huge feature in The Wall Street Journal, I suspect what was once our little secret to explode. If you don’t have a subscription, I’ll save you the trouble. It was declared  the very best in a lineup of fourteen different Prosecco Roses.  No surprise to me.

    Inviting aromas of flowers and wild strawberries, with a complex mouthfeel that sings with citrus fruits and creaminess from the tiny crisp bubbles. This is a ‘must have’ for Mother’s Day and all summer long!
